BSF Waves in Somerset
|
|
BSF is a national programme to rebuild 50% of the secondary school estate, to remodel 35% and to refurbish the remaining 15%, over a 15-year programme. The funding is part PFI credits and part grant and is currently allocated on levels of high deprivation, low attainment and an authority’s capacity to deliver.
